পার্বত্য অঞ্চলের নদ-নদী রক্ষা, সংরক্ষণ ও টেকসই ব্যবস্থাপনার লক্ষ্যে খাগড়াছড়িতে অনুষ্ঠিত হলো দিনব্যাপী ‘পার্বত্য নদী রক্ষা সম্মিলন’। শনিবার (০৬ ডিসেম্বর) খাগড়াছড়ি টাউন হল অডিটোরিয়ামে আয়োজিত এই সম্মেলনে বক্তারা পাহাড়ের নদী বাঁচাতে দখল, দূষণ ও অপরিকল্পিত খনন রোধে কার্যকর ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের আহ্বান জানান।
